初嘗槓子頭~~

                                                      在市場發現有人賣 " 槓子頭 " !

                                                      Evelyn 聽過這個東西, 可是沒吃過!

                                                      五個50元,  買回家嘗鮮!


              

                                                看 Honey 姊姊的表情, 就知道那山東大餅有多硬!

                                                Evelyn 第一次嘗試, 實在不知所措!

                                                在摸索中, Evelyn 發現, 從圓餅的圓周裂痕中, 把餅撥開,

                                                如此餅就不難咬了!

                                                槓子頭外皮酥脆, 吃起來香香!

                                                內層第一口覺得無味, 奇怪的是, 愈嚼愈香, 愈有味道!


              

                                              上網查資料, 才知道槓子頭可以搭配咖哩湯或肉醬汁!

                                               嗯~~這樣應該不錯! 下次 Evelyn 肯定要再試試看!

                                               也有人建議配著牛奶或豆漿吃...耶...這...不太吸引 Evelyn!

                                                Evelyn 一直很喜歡吃薄餅, 印度薄餅或義式薄餅!

                                               有次吃到一片上面灑了迷迭香料的薄餅...讓 Evelyn 難忘到今!

                                               那種在口中回味無窮的味道, 沒油膩感, 只有淡淡的麵皮香~~

                                               啊! 人的口慾還真難控制!
