                    2009/11/19, Evelyn 曾經 po 文 媽媽的味道~~

                    2011/08/21, Evelyn 在內灣又找到另一種令我難忘的味道...

                                            [高麗菜乾]!

                                            沒生孩子前, Evelyn 曾煮過... 

                                            慘敗!  再也不敢嘗試...

                                            這次老闆娘仔細地告訴 Evelyn 如何烹煮,

                                            嘿~~~! 成功了耶!

                                            就是這 [咪] 啦!

                                       別竊笑 Evelyn...為何連如此簡單的料理都不會...

                                       阿~~就笨嘛! 對烹飪又興趣缺缺...

      


       
                              記錄做法:

                              1.清洗後, 用熱水煮五分鐘 !

                                 (老闆娘定的時間, 時間影響菜的酸度,

                                  想要有點菜的酸味, 時間可略減)

                               2.把菜撈起浸泡冷水, 直到溫度下降!

                               3.蒜片爆香, 放入菜 , 加點米酒 (Evelyn 的喜好),

                                  鹹味自調; 大火快炒!

                               第一次上桌, Candy 很捧場!

                               玉米鹹粥裡, 夾了滿滿的高麗菜乾...

                               隔天又指定要再吃一盤...

                               ...............................................................................

                               [高麗菜乾] ...Evelyn 決定讓它進入孩子的心裡...

                               有天孩子們也能在某個格子裡...

                               寫出...[媽媽的味道]...

                                後記:

                                要 Honey姊姊上網找暑假作業的資料,

                                她竟然找 [高麗菜乾燒雞] 的食譜給我這個娘...

                                Evelyn 不喜歡在青菜裡加肉類...

                                因為...廚藝不佳...也不喜歡肉味影響菜香...

                                好吧! 不過...做不做這道料理...還是由娘決定...

                                所需材料:高麗菜乾300g、雞腿300g(3支)、薑、蔥

                                調味料: 沙茶醬、醬油、糖、米酒、香油                                

                                做法:1.高麗菜乾泡水約30分至發漲後,瀝乾水份備用;

                                               雞腿切小塊備用。蔥切蔥花、薑切末備用。

                                            2.熱鍋下雞腿,煎到肉質緊縮、香味溢出後,

                                               下蔥、薑爆香,再下高麗菜乾炒勻,

                                               並下調味料、水燒至入味後即可起鍋。
